Over-the-Phone Interpretation
Over-the-Phone Interpretation services are an efficient and cost-effective way to serve your clients with limited English proficiency. Connect in seconds to an interpreter in over 240 languages and dialects. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition to top-notch interpreters, you’ll also have access to your dedicated Client Relations team and our real time online portal. Take advantage of our special NASPO rate of 57¢ per minute across all languages.
Video Remote Interpretation
Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services are useful in situations where it’s important that conversation participants be able to see each other, but it isn’t possible for an interpreter to join in person. VRI also makes remote interpretation services in American Sign Language possible. Take advantage of our special NASPO rate of $0.89 per minute for all spoken languages and $1.99 per minute for American Sign Language.
Document Translation
Our professional linguists provide accurate and consistent translations of your documents, training materials, forms, eLearning courses and website content. Our experienced Project Managers, Quality Assurance team and Designers take great care to ensure that your translated content is error-free and localized for your target audience. Take advantage of our special NASPO rate of $0.10 per word for Spanish and $0.15 – 0.22 per word for additional languages.
