Chrystal joined Language Link (now a BIG Language Solutions company) in 2010 as an evaluator – a role responsible for the testing and onboarding of interpreters. After working in roles across the interpreting team, Chrystal now leads the interpreter relations administrative team and the US-based interpreter call center.
Chrystal ensures that contract guidelines are met and wellbeing for interpreters is exceeded. As a result, our clients guarantee that their customers can communicate without any barriers.
